Pre the implementation of TPGenie, the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation was a manual, decentralized process involving many people within the organization and external advisors. Implementing changes to all documents on an annual basis and monitoring the completeness of the compliance was a time-consuming process.
We utilize the TPGenie Enterprise license, CBCR, Intercompany Agreements database and currency conversion modules. The tool is user friendly for the local finance community and there is a good level of standardization and automation.
We have been using the tool for a few years and this has helped us to be compliant with our TP documentation requirements in an efficient manner. The processing of changes to templates on an annual basis and the monitoring of the compliance status can be done easily.
